Ours is a group of trained professionals with genuine expertise and an excellent track record in medical transcription services. The key focus is on offering superior quality transcription work at the lowest possible cost. As a part of expanding our client base, we are looking for new clients who can work on a long-term basis.
At present, our team consists of 20 MTs, 5 Editors. This transcription process ensures that each and every report taken up for transcription by the company is meticulously processed and returned to the customer. Presently, we are transcribing around 7000 lines a day with a turnaround time of 12-24 hours.
Our infrastructure has the following facilities:
1. Reliable high-speed satellite data communication.
2. Uninterrupted power supply.
3. Backup power generator in case of city power supply failure.
4. Branded Servers, PCs and backup storage devices.
5. Online and off-line reference material present to assist the transcriptionists.
We have experience in the transcribing a variety of medical reports including
1. Clinic/Progress notes.

Our transcriptionists are trained and qualified in doing dictations from the following specialties

Accuracy Standards and Performance Record:
We averaged less than 1% error rate on all completed work. Our ability to process and return the STAT jobs in less than the agreed time makes us a favorite for them.
The accuracy of the transcribed document is reviewed according to the standards set by AAMT for punctuation, grammar, etc. The accuracy is calculated by assigning numerical values to varying degrees of error. Our documents are 100% free of critical errors and 99% free of minor errors. We provide constant feedback to the MTs regarding their errors to avoid its recurrence in the future. Moreover, there is a system of continuous training to MTs and Editors to keep them abreast of the changes in this field.
We continue to provide the same quality assurance to our prospective clients also.

We are looking for fresh contracts as a part of our major expansion drive. As a trial run, we plan to appoint 3 MTs and 1 Editor for the new contract and if you are satisfied with the results of our work, we are willing to take more staff and increase the lines per day
