SKILLS
GSD SciTech have a resource pool of 100 software engineers in China to offer to our customers for outsourcing application development projects. We are planning to continue our expansion of the facility to 150 engineers by 2007. We are capable of handling multiple concurrent large development projects. Our developers have degrees in computer science, including 60% of bachelor degrees, 35% of master degrees and 5% of PhDs. Their working experiences of software development range from 3 to over 10 years for the Chinese, US or European companies. The center delivers end-to-end software development solutions to customers, targeting vertical industries to serve customers' application development needs.

TERMS
With a large resource pool of skilled software engineers, GSD SciTech is able to offer lower prices to our customers for outsourcing projects than those of any companies from any countries. In China, our pricing is also the most competitive with great value. Our goals are to provide high quality services and to offer the best price to our clients. We have three pricing models for our Customers' choices. Depending up the requirements of Customers' projects, we offer flexible pricing models.

Model One: by hour
We offer hourly rate. The rate will depend on the project specific requirements.

Model Two: by project
We charge Customers by project and provide an estimate on how long and how many engineers we need to complete a project. This will be based on our hourly rate.

Model Three: fixed amount with an annual contract
We prefer a long-term relationship with clients, so we can pass on more savings to our clients. For outsourcing services, we can provide dedicated staff in China at annual basis at lower fixed annual rate.
