SMT Department of Jinzhong has 8 automatic surface mount production lines with Panasert?YAMAHA etc. high speed SMT machines, and 9 automatic printers, 8 full hot-air circumfluence oven. X-RAY detector can performance detection of defects of X-RAY, the scanning of X-RAY fault, the imaging of X-RAY and the leak detection of X-RAY.
