Auqual is backed by a management team with extensive BPO experience. The company has managers with as much as fifteen years of experience in the corporate sector with up to six in the BPO industry across various process. With specific focus in fields like, collections, market research, Inbound sales, customer care. Agents are hired wih an emphasis on experience and training. Client satisfaction is the key to success is our motto and this policy filters down to our employment approach as well. We believe in hiring the best talent in the industry and equipping them to deliver the best.

A strong focus is given on quality, we believe very strongly in adhering to quality procedures as per client requirements. Quality employees chosen by experience and process worked. An agent to quality agent ratio of 1:6 is maintained on a minimum basis for all campaigns. All sales files are audited before forwarding to the client and regular sampling of calls received and dialed and feed back is given as required.

A high level of internal and external security is maintained on all stored data using firewalls and Net and Data restriction software. All PCs have no availability external media. Also a paperless approach is adapted towards all data.
