Vendor(s) Selection

Mr. Wazan has in depth expertise in developing relevant and specific Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposals (RFP'S) to ensure clients are able to evaluate vendors equitably and accurately. The vendor(s) selection process involves creating vendor profiles, technical and functional questionnaires.

Some deliverables are the following:

1. Creating the RFIs and RFPs

2. Analyzing responses

3. Reducing the responses to two finalists

4. Selecting a vendor and conversion to partner

5. Producing a Scorecard and a recommendation



Awareness & Collaboration Management

The prerequisite for commencing a relationship with an offshore vendor must begin with a communications training program that is customized for collaborating between culturally different constituents.



We train all program/project members to utilize tools and techniques in their daily communications diminishing the impact of the language and cultural barriers.



Offshore Governance System

One of the primary considerations for the successful implementations of an OGS is for the OGS to be specific to the desired outcome detailed in the ROI and the vision for outsourcing.
