Evolutionary Software, Inc. is an outsourcing company located in New York, USA with Text Mining team in Kiev, Ukraine. We exist since 1996 and have experience in Text Mining, Software Development, Building Outsourcing Development and playing role of intermediate Technology Bridge between our clients and our outsourcing development team.
Our Business location in New York gives us more ability to work directly to our clients. We are handling the problem of overseas communications, exchange assignments and results with our team for our clients. We can assign developers to work directly with clients as well, management team Project Managers in particular, by clients’ request. Our team members speak English.
Team members have worked in many different industries. Our team developed Data Extraction Platform during the latest 5.6 years currently used by major US financial Data Providers and Publishers.
Our Team: We have a strong team of 25 Senior Text Mining developers, Java Developers, DBAs, Sys Administrators and QA. Our team can be restructured or expended depending on project requirements.
Capabilities: The team managed to create both technology and a commercial product for data extraction from international unstructured sources. Judging from the client’s feedback the product is quite unique in terms of its technology, features and productivity.
Products and Services: Currently we are in stage of completing our first Document Extraction products. Libraries developed by can be used us to provide our clients with fast and simple solutions to make implementation of your Text Mining development task smoother and with already proved performance results.
Also, we are keepers of license on use of Data Extraction Platform already developed by us. We can use Data Extraction Platform to perform Data Extraction for our clients. It does not require any development; it is completely language independent (Proofed on Japanese, Chinese, Latin American, Spanish, German and French documents), it is inexpensive and less time consuming (you won’t be able to get same results with manual extraction or it will be much more expensive buying and using another product completely on your site).
Clients: today Data Extraction Platform that we’ve developed is in production and used by several largest Data Vendors. There are several more pilots in progress for other Data Vendors.

We focus on different tasks of Data Extraction.
We target clients who need to optimize high volume data extractions. We have team with 5.6 years expertise as a single team and we own products for extraction that we can use on our site. Also we can use our own libraries and license them for free to our clients if we use them for your project if clients choose us.
Use of our libraries will dramatically increase implementation time and will guarantee better performance of your Text Mining products.

TERMS
It is about $3,500 per team member per month, plus you are getting a free license to all our existing libraries and solutions. Additional non Text Mining development can be organized in other locations where we have business partners and it will cost much cheaper. Also it can be a combination of different locations teams.
Additional US team involvement and other out sourcing services can be discussed separately.
