Specialization: We transcribe any speaker, any origin, and any volume.

Expertise in GT and MT: Conferences, Seminars, Symposium, Board Meetings, Financial Reports, Interviews, etc in General Transcription and Cardiology, Orthopedics, Psychiatry, neuropsychology, Oncology, Pediatrics, OB-GYN, Pulmonology, GI/GU, and Radiology in Medical Transcription.

Quality standards: We process each transcribed document through three stages for a perfect 98.8% accuracy, and we maintain higher levels of secrecy standards as for the confidentiality of out clients and their data (HIPAA Compliant).

Hardware/Software: We use Windows 2000, XP, and 98 on various work stations as per clients' requirements. We use, MS-Word, or Corel Word Perfect as per client choice. Systems are Celeron 2.4 GHz and Pentium IV, 256MB RAM, with high speed internet connectivity to every work station. We are capable of handling all types of media players, e.g., Windows Media Player, Olympus DSS Player, Sony Player, DVIPS Player, etc.,

Data Transfer: We have a 1 mbps ADSL line (upgrading to 2 mbps ADSL shortly) for faster data transfer, and we provide individual FTP server space, as per requirement, to all our clients for the sake of confidentiality.

Schedule/TAT: We work for all our clients "Tailor-made", it is to say, we are always available whenever you need us. General TAT is 24-72 hours.
