Appointment leads: We schedule telephone appointments for the following day, at a specified time with a 1 hour window. A PDF copy of each record is sent to your e-mail account to your manager or loan officer. Our agents then call the homeowner the following day after the time of the appointment and ask if the L/O has made contact with them. If not, then we attempt to set-up a 3 way call for live transfer. We guarantee 100% contact with all of our appointment applications. We replace every application in which the L/O could not make contact.

Call center: Our call center can handle up to 2000 seats. We start at 10.00/hour per seat. Reduced rates available with 20+ seats.

SKILLS
