TERMS
An hourly billing rate is the most common. The hourly rate is negotiable based on the number of agents that will be employed, the duration of the contract, whether any special licenses or qualifications must be required of agents, the duration of agent training, and the technologies implemented with the service.
Billing is generally done monthly or quarterly, based on the terms set in the contract.
Turnaround time is based on the scope of the projects--small simple projects can be started immediately, or by the next business day after a contract is signed and payment is received. Larger more complex projects may require time based on complexity of the technologies involved, level of customization, the qualifications of the agents, and whether any special agent skills, licenses, certifications, qualifications, and/or training are required. We can set clear expectations when we bid on a project.
