Xceed currently operates the largest contact center in the Southern Mediterranean region with a capacity of 1600 web-enabled, multi-channel workstations. Xceed manages programs for clients covering four (4) different continents, in 8 different languages.

Xceed is one of Telecom Egypt companies that was established end of 2001 to act as the IT arm for Telecom Egypt, the incumbent operator. Xceed started its call center operation business July 2003, with state-of-the-art contact center that supports a wide array of inbound and outbound services that are customized to the clients needs. Added to the customized service solutions Xceed provides customer relationship management services as well as Internet based customer care and technical support services. Through global sourcing, Xceed extends an offshore arm to offer its portfolio of services to clients around the globe.

Xceed is a joint stock company where the major stakeholder is Telecom Egypt 98% and a 2% consortium of Egypt's largest three financial institutions, National Bank of Egypt, Banque Misr, and Banque Du Caire. From end of 2001 until July 2003, Xceed main revenue was derived chiefly from managing Telecom Egypt scattered call centers and from IT consulting to regional clients.
