The BMB Softech BPO Centre is designed and conceived in technical consultations with the IT industry giants WIPRO, IBM, APC, CISCO, etc. The centre is equipped with the best state of the art technologies in every sphere of their infrastructure including the IBM computer hardware, APC UPS, CISCO routers, MS software, etc. We have dedicated lease line 1 Mbps for effective & clear communication without any interruption. Sophisticated security software and hardware to provide very secure working environment. Power backup is reinforced with APC power generator and UPS along with back up telecommunication line for unforeseen emergencies. We are at present providing offline payroll solution to U.S. clients on QuickBooks. The company has successfully finalized negotiation with two outsourcing hubs for providing online solution on SUMMIt SW and Payroll CS, services to commence after the end of the tax season.
