INDIA OUTSOURCING FREELANCER

DESCRIPTION
I am Adrian from southern part of India and now based out in Pune (Maharastra. I come for the operations background of BPO business with an extensive experience in migrating business to India from other parts of the world.

My core area will be telesales, marketing (direct & indirect), customer service, quality management, collections & billing (insurance & financial sector) I carry a decade experience in managing larger teams up to 400 FTE's. I am heading a profit center in pune which deals with recruitments in IT& ITES sector caters to India and US market.

I am looking forward to the next level of my business expansion for my profit center in Pune; I would probably start a BPO set up as a subsidiary of my current organization. We will be in a state to sign up an agreement with any outsourcing partners form the UK and US market in giving telemarketing, telesales and customer support solutions from India (Pune).
