We provide end to end outsourcing support services to our clients in the US and other countries looking at outsourcing to India. The services begin with identifying the right vendor upto transition of program, training and monitoring for delivery and quality.
SKILLS
Identifying right vendor based on competencies, skills & technology, evaluating vendor skills, matching the vendor with process, understanding and transitioning the process, training, quality management and delivery. Also an expert in organizing jv's and / or captive center alliances.
TERMS
Pay per hour or on fixed assignment basis. Turnaround time for each assignment depending upon priority, difficulty and schedule ranging from a couple of weeks upto a few months.
