DESCRIPTION
We are a practising Chartered Accountants having an experience of more than 17 years in practice. Currently we operate from our office based at Noida in U.P. We have all the necessary infrastructure in place which is required for a smooth offshoring experience. At present we have a staff of 4 people, one semi qualified(three papers left), one software/office administration executive, one accountant.
SKILLS
We can handle with ease auditing, tax audit, accounting, taxation work, bookkeeping, company registration, VAT/sales tax registration, return filing (income tax as well as company return filing), STPI registration and related services, IEC codes, SEZ, transfer pricing, PAN/TAN, etc.
TERMS
Can be negotiated once we reach any sort of understanding.
