DESCRIPTION
Her knowledge base is focused on Psychology and Philosophy, with an applied aim of integrating the two disciplines to generate her own theory of Organization Development. Her mission is to facilitate extraordinary results in organizations by applying her knowledge of Organizational Psychology. She believes that within companies there exists in innate ability for excellence and self-realization of hidden potential.

She was awarded her B.A. in two majors (Psychology and Philosophy) in May 2001 from Hofstra University, New York. Passionate about the transformation of women, she was awarded Departmental Honors for her thesis entitled "Reason vs. Emotion: How Western Women Converts to Islam Resolve Cognitive Dissonance Resulting from Gender Inequity". She received her M.A. degree in the concentrated field of Industrial/Organizational Psychology in May 2003 also from Hofstra University.

Mubeena has facilitated change and provided consultation to high-profile organizations such as the ETA Group, the Emirates Holdings Group, and the Khoory Group of companies. She has traveled and lived extensively around the world. Born and brought up in Mumbai, India she now resides in Dubai, United Arab Emirates which she calls the "the fastest changing city in the history of the world". Her love for traveling coincides with one of her career missions: to utilize various global cultural idiosyncrasies when transforming organizational culture for bringing about a holistic synergy among people comprising of diverse nationalities, work styles, and individual preferences.

In her free time, Mubeena maintains her website www.mubeena.net and writes about her experiences in the Change Management profession at her blog http://mubeenamohd.blogspot.com. Her sporting interests include swimming and karate. She also produces works in oil paintings and in the future plans to write novels based on her philosophical interests. Her other goals include a PhD degree in Organization Behavior and Philosophy, teaching at university, exhibiting her art work globally, and acquiring fluency in the French language.

TERMS
The role and authority of the consultant in relation to the client comprises of the following:

1. The consultant has no responsibility to make suggestions regarding how the core business of the client organization is to be run. All such decisions during the course of a project will be made by the company management only.

2. The consultants’ main purpose is to help the organization systematically arrive at its desired solution. They are responsible for using professional methods in bringing out accurate data. All information will be highly confidential.

3. The consultants will in no way decide the format of the deliverables in this project without consent and approval of the company management. No activity will take place with lower-level employees involved in this project until every step is communicated to the top.

4. It is the consultants’ professional duty to work alongside the company, rather than play the role of an external expert. They will encourage people in the system itself to answer their own questions, and facilitate focus group sessions using this approach.

5. The price of the entire effort is valid only for the stipulated time-frame and scope of work that has been mutually agreed upon by the client, after which additional per-diem charges will apply. Alternatively, a new consulting effort can be contracted for.
