DESCRIPTION
Hi, we are setting up a new call center, Proxzimus, in Pune. This center is projected to have 125 seats (110 for agents, 15 seats for support functions), IPLC setup, internal networking and CRM by CISCO.

The projected go live date for this will be 15th February 2006.

The management has a total of 10 years of experience in call center industry. They have worked in the management profile of call centers at least for 2 years per person. We have already employed a six sigma professional and a consultant who will look after getting the certifications within 6 months of go live.
