TERMS
We operate in the following modes for requirement support:

For non-advertised jobs, where selection are made from readily available databank/executive, search mode, our professional charges will be, 8.33% to 12.5% depending on the position (including annual benefits and fetrials) of the selected candidates annual CTC. Additional 12.24% service tax (payable to the government) on the invoice value. The professional charges should be payable within 7 days, from the day the candidate joins and takes up the Assigned job at the place of appointment. All rejected papers will be the property of M/s. OASIS MANAGEMENT CONSULTANTS and must be returned to us with in fifteen days, and no candidate / papers will be diverted or passed on by the client to any group company, associated, friends or relatives. Without the consent of M/s. OASIS MANAGEMENT CONSULTANTS.

It may happen that a candidate referred by us either not selected or decides not to join, if the client/associate company hires the same candidate for the same or different position within a period of one year. In all such cases full professional fee should be payable to us regardless of the circumstances under which the candidate decide to join. A duly countersigned agreement copy will constitute a valid contract between the client and M/s OASIS MANAGEMENT CONSULTANTS.
