We are a small size call center, completed one year in this industry, we basically concentrated on outbound for a year now UK (telecom, B2B apointment setting, landlines, medical, SEO, etc.) for Australia (holiday packages) US (telecom, computers, holiday packagaes, grants, medical, resorts processes) we are looking for an inbound campaign (customer care, order taking, tech support, or enquiry). We are 20 seater now and planning to expand to 150+, so looking for a good client at the other end so that we can give the best result and also the client helps us to expand.

SKILLS
Into outbound, so very well know what is client is looking for also have the management who has got lot of experience of working in inbound with expirienced agents.
