ProfIT Labs Ltd. offers the following business models to ensure your competitive advantage in a changing marketplace. You have the option to combine one or more available models as part of your business strategy.

Time & Material Model

This model is suitable for long-term, scalable projects, where the total effort cannot be estimated in advance and the scope of work can vary during the development and implementation.

ProfIT Labs Ltd. will invoice you monthly or bi-weekly and you, as a client, will receive periodic progress/work reports and timesheets.

Fixed Price Model

We offer our fixed price model for projects and tasks with well defined requirements. We analyze our client’s requirements thoroughly in order to avoid further changes to the software requirements specification and develop an exact plan for every stage of development.

Under this option, the customer pays a pre-negotiated fixed price for the complete project which in turn is linked to well-defined deliverables.

This model is carried out as follows:

- Customer forwards the requirements to ProfIT Labs Ltd.
- Our system analyst studies the requirements and communicates on clarifications, if any.
- Based on finalized requirements, a detailed business proposal is submitted to the customer along with suggested solution, project scope and cost estimates.
