A part from providing routine cover, our services are most useful to the management at the time of labour unrest and strikes, by paying our almost attention in the assisting the management by way of extra labour & staff.
To do render free advice to client on all labour matters. For this members of management are available for emergency at any time.

1. Complete understanding of the requirement through personal interaction, studying job profile and job description, nature of the industry.
2. Identify the best mode of search for the suitable candidate(s)
3. Research and analysis of the probable candidates/ resumes received through various sources of search.
4. Personal interactions with the probable candidates to select most probable candidates.
5. Co-ordinate interviews of the short listed candidates with the client.
6. Assist client and candidates to meet lead-time.
