Quest Tech Solution, is a contact centre based in India. We are looking for some good campaigns for this organization. We have experience dialing for UK wireless(T Mobile, 3G), Aus wireless(Optus) & US wireless(Sprint) and few landline as well mortgage campaigns. We are in quest of some inbound/back office caimpaigns as our centre is running 24*7 with the capacity of 55 seats which can be ramped up to any number if process requirement is there. We are working on VOIP technology however, if required then can be upgraded to IPLC as well. We are working on predictive dialer which shows we are under usage of one of the best technology avialble in the market. We have separate departments for handling different operations required in an organization and our main focus is on quality of the productivity and assurance to deliver the best service.
