DESCRIPTION
Romsys SA is one of the largest systems integrators & SW applications developers in Romania, targeting large and medium customers, for projects in which the company can efficiently use its highly skilled resources and competences. The main customers are in: Banking & Finance (ATMs), Utilities (ERP), Defence (software development), Automotive (collaborative environment), Government (central & local administration), Telecom (servers & storage) and Public Services (emergency services, education) as well as in other industries like Metal & Steel, Process Industry and Distribution.

Since 1993, Romsys has been developing a complete solution approach, providing turn-key solutions developed either by embedding packages into well integrated solutions or by developing them from the scratch. In developing the customer-oriented solutions, Romsys starts from the analysis of the customer specific requirements and situation as-it-is, continues with the proposal of the as-it-should-be solution, generation of the solution blueprint, prototyping - when required, the implementation (software, hardware, networking and security), testing, commissioning and maintenance.

In the Banking sector, Romsys has a leader position in the ATM and related services, extending the good relationship with the major Romanian banks by providing core banking solutions and other bank/branch management solutions.

Romsys has gained a considerable experience and awareness due to the complex solutions implemented in the Utilities sector. The utilities sector (oil, gas, power) has become the main vertical market for Romsys and the company intends to extend the delivered ERP solutions and target the other main players in the industry.

Besides the ERP solutions, Romsys provides a rich portfolio of added-value applications, including Business Intelligence, CRM and Knowledge Management together with the management consulting based on business processes knowledge gained in 13 years of experience.

IT security is another area with a fast peace of growth. Based on multiple projects experience and long-terms partnerships, Romsys has developed a complete offer, from IT security audit and consulting to delivery of related equipment and implementation of solutions addressing the main security issues.

As total solution contractor, Romsys is technology-neutral and independent from software or technology suppliers. The services provided by Romsys cover both the infrastructure (including networking and communication), application-related areas, business process knowledge in the targeted industries and management consulting skills including business processes analysis, revenue assurance or process change management.

TERMS
The pricing is aggressive, with flexible payment terms (however without unnecessary risks). The business terms should be agreed upon exploration of the opportunities, however the potential customers shall be subject to a thorough due diligence process. We do not intend to do business with SOHO or sole-trader companies.
