BPO Services
Sahar Technologies is either directly or through other service providers delivering BPO services to clients who are geographically located in different parts of the world. Currently we are having a seating capacity of 30 (which will be doubled by end of August) to deliver various BPO services.

• Data Conversion
Conversion of books, scientific publications, documents and any legacy documents into word documents, HTML, XML, SGML documents with 100% accuracy.

• Data Entry, Data Preparation
Form processing, database preparation from catalogs, yellow pages, technical manuals, etc.
Data capture using OCR/ICR technology.
Data cleansing activities
The above are done to an accuracy of 99%, ensuring the accepted standards of the customer/industry.

• Data Analysis, MIS Solutions
Preparation of OLAP cubes for customer/corporate MIS using Microsoft analysis tools based on the client requirement.

• e-Publishing
Preparation of HTML, XML, SGML documents using books, periodical and any other published information.

• Technically Evaluating IT Professionals for Middle East Positions
Placement companies have outsourced their technical evaluation task to us. We technically evaluate IT skills of personnel before forwarding their profile to ME clients.

• Website Design and Development

Infrastructure

Backup Server & Workstations
We have industry standard infrastructure for our development and BPO activities. We have the required hardware to take care of our contingency plan in case of system shut down time. If any failure happens with the main server our backup server will be up within 30 minutes time. Similarly we have excess seating capacity of about 20 (workstations), which will be used, for any emergency action plans.

UPS Support
We have placed UPS systems to take care of power failure situations, which can support all our workstations and servers for about 4 hours. The UPS provides the power supply to all critical systems, networking equipment and we have inverters placed for other electrical equipments. These are connected in back-to-back mode for fallback purpose.

Security Policy
We value both physical security and software/data security and we ensure security at different levels and layers. Our security policies are implemented and monitored by system administrators who ensure that systems are secure at all time and that security holes are identified and plugged instantly.

Data Security
We have implemented our data security policy in such a way that our QA/infrastructure team will be taking care of data security issues and catering to the needs of the projects.
