Kapil Nayyar and Nirav Maniar

Before forming Nayyar Maniar & Associates, both Kapil and Nirav had been working with S.B.Billimoria & Co. (a member firm of Deloitte Touché & Tohmatsu) for over four years.

Kapil Nayyar specialises in the field of Audit & Assurance and has worked on direct taxation and company law matters. After studying from the best academic institutes of Delhi, Kapil took up Chartered Accountancy as his profession and did his training from S B Billimoria & Co. (a member firm of Deloitte Touché & Tohmatsu).

He has had exposure to a variety of statutory and internal audits including those for manufacturing organisations. He has also been involved in systems and internal control reviews of various organisations. Moreover, he has handled assignments in a variety of organisations, which include manufacturing, consumer finance, engineering, telecommunication, banking, etc.

Nirav Maniar is a chartered accountant and is also a licentiate company secretary. He specialises in the field of audit & assurance and has also handled company law matters and business process outsourcing assignments for clients from varied industries like power sector, manufacturing, consumer finance, engineering, automobile, telecommunications etc. Along with the above-mentioned assignments, he has also handled internal audits, systems review for various high profile clients.

He has had exposure of handling accounting and financial outsourcing assignments, which include payroll processing, credit verification for banks, etc.
