Based on your project requirements and parameters, LocMont shall research and develop a proposal for your review. Our proposal shall include the following elements:

* Defining project objectives and cost
* Identifying opportunities and challenges
* Our recommendation based on our research
* Supporting documentation.
* Statistical data when applicable
* Notes from field work.

SKILLS
Tyler Loc DuLam: DuLam has over 10 years of professional experience in finance and administrative services. His experience varied from organizational budget development to managing finance and accounting staff, and performing business analyses to financial forecasting and modeling.

DuLam has over 12 years of experience with various US businesses and non-profit organizations working in Viet Nam. One of DuLam’s strengths is his ability to adapt to various business and cultural environments while maintaining a level of professionalism and effectiveness. He remains constantly focused and objective-driven

DuLam holds a Master in Business Administration. He is fluent in both English and Vietnamese.

Monte Spencer: An energetic entrepreneur, Spencer founded Swingboard, LLC which developed action-sport equipment for the action-sport enthusiasts. Additionally, Spencer was a market analyst for John L. Scott Real Estate. Spencer benchmarked the operations and financial aspects regional real estate companies, developed compensation packages for agents, designed a company-wide recruitment manual for brokers and managers in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana and Vancouver, British Columbia.

Spencer has the ability to form business strategies for complex projects in various business fields. Spencer holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, with a focus in Finance and Marketing.

TERMS
Depending on the complexities and the nature of your project, a timeline and fee schedule shall be prepared and agreed upon before LocMont begins its work. Fees are payable (exclusive of related costs and expenses) at various stages of the project, provided deliverables are met.

Most projects require an initial 25% retainage, to be credited against services to be performed by LocMont.
