PUMEC Consultants Pvt Ltd established in 2004 as a corporate body registered under the companies act 1956.

All five directors are a coalition of Senior Chartered Accountants and HR professionals.

Mr Mukesh Tyagi, FCA; 1992 batch chartered accountant and fellow member of the institute of chartered accountants of India. He got experienced in CFO services, outsourcing services, new business set up services and sr finance recruitments and assessments.

Mr Pawan Kumar Garg, FCA; 1990 batch chartered accountants and fellow member of the Institute of
Chartered Accountants of India. He got expertise in auditing, executive taxation, FEMA, company law, accounts and payroll.

Mr Deepak Tayal, FCA; 1990 batch Chartered Accountant and fellow member of the institute of
Chartered Accountants of India, he got expertise in project finance, corporate planning, manpower planning, new business set up services.

Ms Deepika Tyagi, Msc (Psychology); 1989 batch postgraduate and specialisation in HR, she is with PUMEC since inception and presently Director-HR, she is involved in all senior recruitments.

Mr V.K Bansal, FCA; 1992 batch chartered accountants and fellow member of the institute of chartered accountants of India, he got expertise in management consultancy, CFO services, due diligence and new business set up. Mr Bansal has worked with large corporates in Sr. positions.
