We can carry out solid modelling, meshing and analysis of designs provided as 2D drawings or 3D Iges files with any of the above tools. We have extensive domain expertise in mechanical engineering design (engineers who are arguably the best in the field globally) for analyzing designs of airframe and automobile components as well as a wide range of engineering products from the white goods, brown goods, material handling and industrial automation (including industrial robotics) industries.

We have been rendering reliable, error free and timely services to leading industrial groups like Bosch (Germany), Auma (Germany), Fanuc (Japan) and Rockwell (USA). We are now expanding to acquire facilities that would present a unique advantage to aerospace clients through our ability to carry out building and tesing of physical models and verification of the results of all the virtual analysis of designs carried out by us through software tools mentioned above. SKILLS

Can provide solutions involving -
a) Solid modelling in Catia, Unigraphics, Pro-Engineer, Inventor and Ideas.
b) 2D designing in Autocad.
c) Structural analysis for both linear and non-linear loading using Nastran / Patran and Ansys.
d) Thermal analysis using Ansys and Adams.
e) Vibration analysis using Ansys.
f) Computaional flow dynamics analysis using Star-CD.

TERMS
Our charges range from USD 12 to USD 20 per hour depending on the complexity of the task and the type of software tool skills involved.
Payment Terms - 30% advance along with the order and balance in equal instalments at the completion and delivery of pre-agreed task modules.
