TERMS
Payment Method (Terms & Condition)
Prices are in congruence with the scale of the project:
-Minimum of $500 USD per Package Job Contract depending on scale of project
(Applicable to all Services)
-Hourly online rate connection: $15 USD (maximum 4-Hour Daily connection)
-AutoCAD 2D/3D Drawings Plans & Detailing rate: $250 USD (maximum 5 A2-sheets)
-SketchUp 3D modelling/rendering + Photoshop Image Enhancement: $300 USD per static view
-SketchUp 3D model walk-through: $500 USD (minimum of 3 minute video file)
-Large scale project contracts can be negotiable.
-Revisions of works (1st Revision-40% of contract price, 2nd Revision-30%,)
-50% Downpayment, 50% remaining balance after the project is accomplished.
-Payment transfer thru WESTERN UNION, after preview of accomplished works.
-Preview of Works thru Post Image Website (www.multiply.com)
-Submission of works (AutoCAD DWG & SketchUp SKP File) is thru emails.
