We just need a start which we want you to offer us & we will offer you best service at a rate you decide.

All in our team have passed 2 stages of Chartered Accountants examination, which is considered as best institute for Accounting in India.

SKILLS
Our team members are experienced in providing services to US & UK based clients.

We have knowledge of accounting softwares as Sage-UK & Great Plains-US.

Our team members have better knowledge of accounting principles & Auditing practices.
sales tax, income tax matters, payroll in India.

We have provided services to clients abroad engaged in pubs & restaurant business.

We had processing activities as below:
Receive scanned copy of documents.
Send feedback with related queries.
Book them through Sage or GP as applicable.
Send the outstanding list for payment.
Pay them online on receipt of approval.
Maintain proper log for the receipt of invoices, payments made, refunds received.
Prepare Bank Reconciliation statements,
Prepare vendor reconciliation statement.
Record Food transfer entries.
Prepare IS Review, BS Review & Workpapers.
On receipt of stock report, prepare monthly MIS based on respective periods.
send back the compiled file & make necessary changes on receiving the feedback.
We have also prepared periodic VAT return, payroll & period end inventory processing.
We have processed the information promptly & accurately with minimum errors.
We also had authority of online payments to overseas clients through card readers.

TERMS
We offer very competitive prices.

Accounting fees:
Pubs - 4 weekly £80 per pub
Restaurants (with less than 8 stores) - $110
Restaurants (with more than 8 stores) - $150
Grocery services - $50

Payroll fees not charged separately.

Softwares should be provided by clients.

Payments should be made on satisfatory completion of work at the end of fifth week for 4 weekly processing.

Work profile should be discussed & be documented.

Extra assignments will be separately charged.
