We are a private limited company with 10 seat 24 X 7 operations and connectivity of 256mb. We can expand this to 25 seat 24 X 7 in one week if required. We are based in Ahmedabad India. Our experience relates to Data Entry, Data Conversion, Scanning & Imaging, Transcription from hard copy / scanned images, Mail processing, Spam and Fraud analysis. SKILLS
We are good in Data entry, Data Conversion, Scanning, Internet search and research, word processing, Database creation, Database manipulation. We have staff who are very comfortable with MS office and good in English.
We have done many jobs in two years for US companies.
1. Mail processing spam analysis, fraud detection, spam classification etc. We handled almost 100000 mails and categorized them.
2. Creating profiles, registering them with sites and handling responses.
3. Digitizing books for a US publisher, one of them was a calculus book.
4. Organizing words and lists as per criteria given.
5. Coverting database from word to excel.
6. Searching web , collecting data and entering as per predefined format.
7. Currently a large data entry job is going on where we will enter loan application forms for a large bank.
In all jobs we have honored commitments and earned incentives.

TERMS
Our prices are on per hour per operator basis.
We can quote for the job if complete details are availble and volume can be estimated to a great extent.
We can not be cheapest because we give qualiy and acuracy.
Charges will reduce for long term committments of more than three months.
