TERMS
We usually charge flat fee's depending on the type of visa but also charge by the hour if you so desire. Normally our turnaround time for an H-1 case for example, is 2 days, as long as we have all the necessary information/documentation required. EB I/II and O visa's take a little longer depending on the complexity of each case. At the moment we are working on putting together a perm package.

As an example, the documents included in the H-1B package are:
Form G-28 Notice of Appearance, Form I-129 Petition for Nonimmigrant Worker, H Classification Supplement to Form I-129, H-1B Data Collection and Filing Fee Exemption Supplement, Labor Condition Application, Petitioner’s letter explaining the nature of the employing organization and the position being offered, Salary Survey from OES.


Transfer of information can be via email, mail or fax depending on your capacity. We usually send out PDF files via email or have our clients provide us with a link to their case management software.
