TERMS
We charge on a standard 65-character per line basis (inclusive of spaces and punctuation marks) the following rates:
· Standard 12-24-hour turnaround US $0.06
· STAT files (less than 12 hours turnaround) US $0.10

Once transcription is completed, we will automatically send emails to the dictating physician that his/her files are ready for download. Included in this email would be a day-end total number of lines completed for their reference.
· Billings are sent out on a bi-monthly basis which includes a breakdown of lines transcribed on a daily basis.

Physician can verify through the daily emails sent the accuracy of his/her bi-monthly bill. These will be sent out 2-3 days after each cutoff period which will be every 15th and end of the month.
Payment is on a bank-to-bank transfer scheme.
