• Drafting of Notices, Replies, Plaints, Written Statements & Petitions pertaining to various provisions of Consumer Protection Act, Negotiable Instruments Act, M.A.C.T. cases, Law of Contract, Specific Performance Act, Civil Procedure Code, Arbitration Act, Labour Law, Criminal Law.

• Dealt matters pertaining to Recovery Suits, Injunction Suits, U/s 138 & 142 of Negotiable Instruments Act, Insurance claims related cases, Agency Related cases, Arbitration Act, Labour cases & Prevention of Food Adulteration Act.

• Drafting & Verifying various Deeds and Documents relating to property matters which broadly include Hire-purchase Agreement, Lease Deed, Agreement to Sell, Indemnity Bond, Surety Bond, General Power of Attorney, Special Power of Attorney, Sale Deed, Relinquishment Deed, etc. Besides, handled registration of documents such as Sale Deed, GPA and Relinquishment Deed etc in Sub-Registrar office.

• Pleading before various courts of law and tribunals including High Court.

• Appearing before various courts of law as an authorized representative of the company in and outside Delhi.

• Briefing senior counsels about legal affairs, following up court cases and looking after routine legal functions of the company in coordination with seniors and extending professional/legal opinions and reports on various questions of law to the company.
