Hameed Majeed Associates (Pvt.) Limited (HMA) was established in 1990 to provide Management Consultancy Services.
It is an associated company of Hameed Chaudhri & Co Chartered Accountants. (HCC) which was established in 1957 by Mr. A. Hameed Chaudhri. HCC is one of the oldest and renowned firms of Chartered Accountants in Pakistan. The partners of the HCC are Directors of Hameed Majeed Associates (Pvt.) Limited.
Its offices are located at Karachi and Lahore, however the clients are spread all over Pakistan. The Lahore office controls Work on different assignments in the provinces of Punjab and NWFP whereas the Karachi Office covers the provinces of Sindh and Baluchistan.,
FINANCIAL & BUSINESS ADVISORY SERVICES: Financial Advisory & Business Management Services, Management Information System including Project Management/Business Process Reengineering (BPR), ERP Analysis Services.,
PROJECT FEASIBILITY AND PRE-FEASIBILITY STUDIES: Financial modeling, risk evaluation for Projects financing in local as well as foreign currency, Leveraging equity, with commercially viable projects., Project identification, evaluation, analysis & due diligence advertised by privatization commission or other Government and Semi-Government projects. , Capital / Financial Restructuring / Revival of Sick Units, Project Evaluation - Acquisition & Merger, Accountancy and Secretarial Services, Internal Audits
PROJECT PROCUREMENT AND DEVELOPMENT SERVICES: Identify, locate and arrange business partners for particular project to qualify technically., Preparation of Statement of Qualifications (SOQ’s), Pre-Qualification Documentations (PQD) keeping in view the client strength., Project Procurement, Preparation of Bid/ Commercial documentation for Privatized Projects., Project implementation and Monitoring., Approval with the government regulatory bodies for the projects including negotiations, presentations etc.
FEASIBILITY STUDIES: Prepare Feasibility studies covering all the major aspects of project including concept development of the project, covering the rationale justification of the projects. Analysis of the market and justification for the project based on data provided by the client. Prepare projected financial statements for five years along with their supporting assumptions. This section will include:
Cost of the project and working capital
Projected Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss and Cash Flow Statement
Construction and Sales Forecasts
Financial Analysis such as risk analysis, net present value, pay-back period, internal rate of return, break-even analysis and ratio analysis carried out on the basis of projected financial statements.

BOOKEEPING TAX AND CORPORATE
Preparation of monthly profit and loss account and balance sheet.
Financial and management reporting including; Bank Reconciliation, Cash Flow Management, Inventory Management and Turnover, Customer Profitability Analysis, Asset Management, Ratio Analysis, Budgeting and Projection, Business Plans, Internal Control Analysis, Polices and Procedures Manuals.
Pay roll processing and reporting, compensation and fringe benefit planning.
Maintain Receivables and Payable, A/P and A/R Planning
Preparation and maintenance of General Ledgers
Preparation and maintenance of monthly Journal Vouchers, Bank & Cash Payment Vouchers and Bank & Cash Receipt Vouchers.

Profit and Loss Account and Balance Sheet.
Vouchers.
A Letter which sets out the more important matters which, in our opinion, should be brought to management’s attention and corrective action.
Preparation of monthly sales tax/VAT return.
Filing of the monthly sales tax/VAT return with the concerned authorities.
Advising on compliance with law and applicable statutory provisions.
