Valtrack Info Services (P) Ltd., (VALTRACK), was established by a team of professionals
with more than a decade of experience in IT enabled Services.

Our MT facility with state-of-the-art IT infrastructure, broadband connectivity, firewall etc. is located at Chennai, India. Backup servers, UPS systems, generators and an additional broadband connectivity back up are provided to handle any disaster contingencies.

We have team of very Good MT's and Editors. The team members are well qualified and experienced
in the MT field. The average experience of MT are 3Years + while Editors and QA's have 5 years+ experience in MT field.

Our staff consistently transcribes at quality levels of 98.5% (the industry benchmark) and above and
operates under tight turn-around times. We have a very stringent quality check to ensure consistent
quality for all the files. We are currently working in many fields of Medicine. They include Cardiology, Ortho, G.I, Oncology, Discharge summaries, Soap Notes, etc.

We can definitely assure you of our excellent quality with in the committed Turn Around Time. The file transfers will be with full security protection.

Volume

We believe in ramping of volume in slow and steady manner. We could start of with 5000 lines per day
immediately and increase the volume to 10000 lines in 4 weeks time.
We have a infrastructure which can expand to take up a volume of up to 20000 lines per day at our present office. If required, we are open to the option of for further expansion also.
TAT and shift

Presently we work only in 1 shift with work start
