VSS was created to bring together the gap between Business and IT. Today VSS client portfolio consists of clients in London, Dubai, Japan, Los Angeles, Mumbai and China. Clients in these territories account for our primary markets.
In 2005, VSS expanded its London operations to Chennai. To facilitate its immediate growing client outsourcing demands, we employ state of the art technology and provide clients with full business continuity.

TERMS
At the first meeting - we understand your needs, ideas and identify the "outsourceable" components to build an initial project specification sheet. This could include any Service Level Agreements (SLAs) which we will agree to work to. At this stage we can also take into account budgetary information which maybe directly dependant on any SLAs.
After the meeting, we will draw up a staged project plan which will cover the initial transformation and will show key objectives to be sure that the business project deliverables have been taken into account. Â
Once we have an approval in principle on the project cost. We move to Phase 2 of the planning, this includes proof of concept, acceptance terms of business, signing of non-disclosure agreements and the project specification sheet which lists the key deliverables / objectives identified in the initial meeting.
All contracts are bound by English Law. We deliver on time and on budget and legally bind ourselves to the promise.
