• We are an Architectural / Urban Design And Interior Design Consultancy Organization offering unified services of structural engineering, plumbing & utilities, electrical engineering, HVAC as well.
• The scope of work of the projects we have handled till date, comprised of designing, working drawings of all the related engineering and services, tender preparation, supervision of execution of project etc.
• INDRANIL ROY, Architect & Urban Designer, the proprietor of I. Roy & Associates with 26 years experience in the field of architecture. Professional experience ranges from designing, co-ordination of various services, supervision of execution of large sized projects like 2000 du’s township, 500 bedded hospital to medium sized projects like pharmaceutical plants, interior projects. A team leader with special aptitude for design and extensive experience of handling complex situations of execution and a comprehensive and integrated approach of co-ordination of various building services.
• Presently besides working on various projects as stated in the list of projects we are, working on a corporate office building aimed for PLATINUM CERTIFICATION UNDER LEED BY USGBC.
