Established in 1998 by Hilton Barnett, we at Froome Management Services specialise in providing Human Resource Management Services to small and medium size companies in the engineering and production industries (South Africa).
The Froome team consists of:
Hilton Barnett:
With a Bachelor’s in Social Science (UCT) and an MA in Psychology (Sydney), Hilton has been active as business consultant since 1994, dealing with leadership, change management, restructuring and team building in larger companies.
Taryn Christie:
Armed with Diploma's in Marketing and Human Resource Management, and experience in IT, Taryn has been actively involved as HR consultant for the past two years specialising in Industrial Relations, Performance Management and providing information for strategic planning purposes
Peta–Ann Dumbleton:
6 Years worth of experience in attracting, screening and selecting applicants in the Financial Industry, Peta-Ann handles the recruitment, employee-induction as well as out-placement requirements of Froome’s clients.

TERMS
Review company Policies + Procedures & Contracts of Appointment
Between R3 000 - R6 000 (or R2 000 with a service agreement)
* General Human Resources Audit (incl. Policy + procedure, L.O.A, Employment Equity plan, Skills Development plan and team perceptions and culture)
R10 000 minimum (or R5 000 with a service agreement)
* Systems Design e.g. Performance, Employment Equity plan, Skills Development Plan, Role description, Employee communication system
R2 000 each (or R1 000 with a service agreement)
* Expert Management Advice when you need it
Between R500 and R2 000 per month
* Once-off Consulting - stand-alone consulting projects
R3 500 per day (or R2 000 per day with a service agreement)
* Recruitment
12% of the first year’s gross remuneration package below
R200 000 and 15% on a R200 000 package and above
* Payroll
Price quoted according to number of employees
Personnel Officer (Basic running of HR):
- Record keeping and maintenance
- Management reports (leave, absenteeism, etc.)
- Management advice as required
- Legislation compliance advice
- Admin of people in and out of company
Monthly amount based on number of employees:
< 20 employees - R5 000
20 to 50 - R8 000
50 to 100 - R10 000
100 to 150 - R15 000
150 to 200 - R18 000
> 200 Price to be determined
Personnel Officer + the following services:
- On site a specified amount of times per week/month
- Employee advice
- Attending Management Meetings
Monthly amount based on number of employees:
< 20 employees - R6 000
20 to 50 - R10 000
50 to 100 - R12 000
100 to 150 - R18 000
150 to 200 - R20 000
> 200 Price to be determined
HR Manager (Personnel Officer + the following services):
- Weekly visits to site
- Employee advice
- Attending Management meetings
- Administration of Systems
- Handling of Retrenchment procedures
- Grievance and Disciplinary hearings
