Ibis consulting Pvt.Ltd., is based at Bangalore, India and providing design Engineering to all the Building services like Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, drainage, Fire alarm & detection, Fire protection, and other ULV services like TELEPHONE, CCTV, access control etc.

We have designed very large residential, commercial and industrial facilities. We have worked for many projects in India & Middle east and operating from Bangalore, India.

We also have an office at Muscat, Sultanate of Oman.

Mode of Operation:

For overseas projects we work as sub consultants. The preliminary design/Concept design will be done by the prime consultants who appoint us as sub consultants. After getting the primary/concept/schematic design we will work on detailed design and produce the necessary detailed design drawings(to the client CAD Standards) and submit back theses drawings to client/prime consultants. At this stage, Any modifications or corrections will be incorporated as per the suggestions of client/consultants and submit the drawings for approval.(A detailed flow chart will be submitted on request)

During the design stage a close coordination is expected between all the concerned to understand the project and client requirements. We do take care of majority of standard engineering requirements and expect the prime consultant to provide us any special local regulatory requirements where project is located.

We will receive and transmit the drawings as per client guidelines (posting them to their website etc.) or soft copies will be transmitted by broad band email services.

We are open and flexible to any of the mode of operation that is convenient to client.

This detailed engineering reduces the requirement of your resources by more than 50% and achieve the cost advantage more than 60% at the same time you can also reduce the design cycle time substantially.

We also undertake work for any other design engineering and all the work related to Energy management.
