We are one of the leading & growing Tax consultants established in year 1980. With passage of time we grew in size, experience & creditworthiness. At Present we are offering various valuable and quality services to our clients.

At present, we are keen expand our services in BPO sector as well. We are having sufficient infrastructural arrangements and efficient personnel to match the international standards in providing services. Our Organization consists of Two Senior and a junior Qualified Law & Commerce Graduates having vast experience in their respective fields, besides having staff of 5 employees (commerce graduates). Our Firm is also having consultancy based association with 5 Chartered Accountants working with us.

At present we are heading our activities in a well furnished specious office, with five computer systems each having separate printing and scanning devices and all centrally connected via LAN technology and having Internet Facilities.

SKILLS
1. Compilation, Preparation and Finalisation of Accounts, Financial Statements & Audit Reports. Including compliance with Accounting Standards (as issued by Institute of Chartered Accountants of India), Financial Management Accounting.

2. Solicitation & Consultation on the issues concerning Direct Taxes (Income Tax & Wealth Tax) as well as Indirect Taxes (State & Central Sales Tax, VAT, Service Tax). Including, Compilation of Requisite data from books of accounts, Ascertainment of Tax Liability, Preparation & Filing of Tax Returns, Attending Assessment Procedures, Appeals & Litigations etc.

3. Consultation & Counselling in the matters of Protecting Intellectual Property Rights (Trademarks & Industrial Product Designs). Including, Preparation of Study cum Advisory Report on the basis of Search Report for registrability of Trademarks, Filing of application for Registration of Trademarks, Pleading Oppositions etc.

4. In order to make value addition, we also provide other value added services and consultation like, preparation and drafting of Partnership Deeds, Formation of Limited Companies, Secretarial Practices etc.
