We are a 5 year old company operating out of INDIA with 100+ full time associates currently from 1 when we started it in 2002.

-BPO Training and Recruitment Services
We train and recruit manpower for the fastest growing BPO sector in India. Some of our clients are BPO set-ups of F-500 majors like GE etc. We train people for 1 month to 12 months period to ensure their successful placements in various BPO companies including ours. This also gives us the ability to recruit, train and run many campaigns very easily in our BPO division.

What we charge
You will find our costs to be very competitive and no costs at all if you include the tremendous experience and consistency that we provide. If you compare the cost of one of our rep to your reps, you will realize that they cost only a fraction of them, and give equally competitive quality and consistent performance along with saving key infrastructure and telecom costs that will be saved in the due process.
How do we charge?
Three basic information’s are required to submit a proposed cost structure;

Generally for a B2B marketing / lead generation; we look at $8-$10 per hour plus $30 as incentives per sale/comm. Our objective is to earn close to $12-15 per hour after incentives.
Generally for a B2C marketing; we look at $5-$7 per hour plus $50 as incentives per sale/comm. Our objective is to earn close to $12-15 per hour after incentives.
Typical Sales Performances
B2B: Agent dials close to 175-200 a day – speaks to 40-50 decision Makers and closes 2-4 HOT LEADS/Appointments a day
B2C: Agent gets close to 250 calls a day and generates about 2-4 sales a day depending on product and price.
Inbound Services: For 24x7 services inbound, we charge about $10 per hour per seat
Collections Services we charge about $8-12 per hour and 12%-5% commissions on collections made.
However, the figures are based on processes we do and an exact costing can be offered only after reviewing the process details.
