DREAMZ SOLUTIONS was founded in the year 2001 with the aim of providing quality IT services and solutions to the customers at a very reasonable cost. The company was founded by Mr. Niloy Ranjan Chakraborty. It has its registered office at Ranchi, India. Initially the company was started with only four employees but today the strength of the company has grown up to that of 25 employees. There are forty five satisfied clients with us now.

Form Design
A well-designed form increases processing speed and accuracy while reducing processing cost. The easier it is to fill in a form, the more likely the information will be accurate. We specialize in Form design and if required by the client we provide a consultancy service wherein we analyze and review company forms and revise the design to suit data capture and use
Data Entry / Capture / Processing / Proof Reading
A number of steps are involved in Data capture, management, extraction and processing. After analysis of the data to be received, we evaluate whether it is appropriate to capture the data through manual data entry or through electronic scanning and recognition.
Typically the processes involve either keying the data manually, followed by comparison processes for quality or ICR/OCR methodology for handwriting and machine print. Dreamz Solutions performs traditional data entry, keying from client hard copy. However, majority of our work involves document scanning and a combination of key-from-image and advanced data capture, recognition and verification routines to achieve greater accuracy and efficiency, equipment and staff.
Manual Data entry: We have a large force of data entry operators who manually key in data from electronic forms. We can design the data entry programs or we use client proprietary programs. Data is captured twice. Each time different operators capture it and the output is compared to eliminate errors
Recognition and Verification: Electronic recognition is a powerful tool that greatly enhances the speed and accuracy of data entry. Despite the high degree of reliability of ICR / OCR technology, our operators carry out a verification process to insure the absolute accuracy of the data prior to data commitment. Where appropriate, we will scan source documents at the client's site using our equipment and staff.
Data Conversion & Proof Reading
We make images of a company's data currently in catalog or paper format and produce a digital image. This allows users to view this data on the web or a web-based Intranet on their desktop PC. This is very relevant in the current e-commerce environment. Since few companies have the software and the in-house expert to handle an SGML / XML conversion, we carry out this function. We can handle multiple formats including but not limited to word processing and graphics software into SGML/XML format, which consists of content-descriptive tags. Once the XML conversion is complete, we apply HTML (Hypertext Mark-up Language) styling to the content for display on the web. Our technical team is on par with global skills in this area. We can convert document files or legacy data into XML, paper to XML, Quark to XML, or any other format into XML. For the e-commerce environment the mark up process is a critical skill equipment and staff.
