SKILLS
• Project financing with local and international finance institutions across the North Africa region. Setting up of a local entities. Capital restructuring & debts refinancing for existing companies.
• Ensuring the compliance of the financial statements and reporting with local and US & UK GAAP's. Compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Act (corporate governance).
• Implementation of ERP (SAP ; JD Edwards; IFS; MPC Comshare).
