DESCRIPTION
We Aakar Associates are an Architectural Firm providing services related to architecture, interiors and landscape since the last 5 years and services related to urban planning and urban design since the last 2 years.
We have worked on various projects such as residential, commercial, industrial, institutional, conservational and recreational.
Within residential category we have constructed individual bungalows, tenements, stand alones, large residential schemes (up to 1000 residences),
small residential schemes(row houses and low cost residences),residential complexes, extension projects & renovation projects and residential interiors.
Within the commercial category we have handled projects such as commercial complexes, construction of individual shopping centers, shopping malls, interiors of offices & shops and interiors of corporate and semi govt. institutions.
Within the industrial category we have handled various projects such as large scale industrial sheds, heavily loaded industrial buildings and also small as well as medium sized industrial units.
Within the institutional category we have designed and constructed Swaminarayan temples and dormitories, schools(primary, secondary and higher secondary), marriage halls, Swaminarayan ashrams, private hospitals and clinics.
We have carried out the conservation work for the Haveli(palace) of Nawab Saheb of Cambay (Gujarat, India), have also carried out conservation projects for Havelies located in Nadiad and Vaso(Gujarat, India), also working on projects of urban conservation of Nadiad and Vaso.
Within the recreational category we have carried out various projects such as hotels, public gardens, garden restaurants, recreational malls etc.
Since the last 2 years we have been working in the field of Urban Planning and have carried out various projects such as Development Plan of Halvad(Dist: Surendranagar, Gujarat, India), we have also worked on various projects such as the solutions to Traffic and Transportation problems of Vadodara and the Flood Management Plan of Nadiad.

SKILLS
We possess expertise in providing various types of architectural services right from designing to working drawings and also execution of the allotted project, we accept preparation of structural details for the architectural projects handled by other firms, we also handle management of various large scale sites, what is these days called project management.
Our main goal is provision of precise details to the satisfaction of the costumer at an appropriate price.

TERMS
The payment is generally decided on the confirmation of the project and the quantum of the project, but the minimum fees that is accepted is Rs 10,000(Indian Rupee), the time of the completion of the project or the allotted work shall also be decided upon the type and the quantum of the work that is allotted, but the minimum time for the submission of the project would be 15 days.
