TERMS
OGS is solidly financed and is accustomed to work on regular contracting terms of 30 days credit but of course all these details need to be studied in much more detail.
OGS does invest in BOO (Build Own Operate) Contracts where the production installations would be provided by OGS and may be handed over to the client after several years of service if this is desired. This reduces client investment needs to develop fields and permits production to finance the purchase of equipment in time.
