We are an offshore office for medical billing companies and have clients in the east coast. Hartcom management team has extensive experience in the healthcare industry. In a maze of offshore companies claiming to be the best, we at Hartcom bring in the healthcare experience, local presence and offshore capability. We are sensitive to the fact that your needs may be different and will change from time to time. You could either outsource entire billing process or outsource parts of it. This way you will have the flexibility of keeping billing in-house and we can just enter charge forms, EOBs and patient payments thereby allowing your staff to focus on other chore issues. We can price services several ways but will make sure that you have the cost savings.

SKILLS
· We currently service 72 providers in 39 practices in 4 states.
· We provide services for 15 specialties and have medical doctor who helps bring any new specialty.
· Super bills, EOBs and patient's payments are entered into your system after your close of business hours and claims ready to submit next business morning.
Accounts Receivables and insurance follow-up is done using a local US #.
· We work on your billing system by accessing it remotely for entry and for insurance follow up.

TERMS
Cost is $308 all-inclusive per week for each FTE person.
Also we can workout percent basis for a full service account.
