Kalki was started from 2005 onwards in the aim of becoming a world class engineering services company in Madurai, Tamilnadu, India. Kalki is one of few companies around the world which has the capability to offer services in the areas of engines, suspensions, chassis, and transmissions. Kalki also has the capability to prototype 2, 3 and 4-wheelers. Kalki is a 24 hours online company hence the time taken to reply to a client’s query is very small. We take pride in being
able to reply to any query within 24 hours. Our prime job is to offer world class design, engineering and prototyping services to the automotive companies, at the lowest possible prices, in terms of the following:
1. Understanding our client’s product and quality requirements.
2. Designing a suitable low cost solution as per the client’s requirements.
3. Building a wooden mock-up model for checking measurements and minimizing errors in the final prototyping stage.
4. Develop a high quality low cost prototype by using our highly skilled vendors in and around Madurai.
5. Ensuring a fast, high quality and low cost solution for the client’s requirements.
Vendors
1) Kalki is blessed with the services of world class vendors, in and around Madurai, with whom we have a very close
personal relationship.
2) Highly skilled wood craftsmen are employed for making a wooden model of the project (complete scale models of
automobiles can be made in wood)
2) Our vendors have the capabilities to produce high quality castings of aluminum, cast iron and steel components.
3) Our vendors have the capability to produce high quality forgings, lathe works, etc.

SKILLS
Ongoing Projects
1. Complete design and prototyping of air suspension system for M/s Madras suspension systems. This project should be completed before December-2005.
2. A futuristic 3-wheeler for showcasing the design and fabricating skills of M/s Kalki Technologies. This will be put into production before October-2005.
3. 216cc, 2 stroke, V twin engine. Power-30 to 35bhp (est.)
4. Hub steered motorcycle for the above mentioned engine.
5. A better fish cart than what the market has now for the various gas godowns and small entrepreneurs in and around Madurai.

TERMS
We charge on per hour basis at US $3-5 per hour. These charges are bound to decrease or increase as per the complexity of the project.
