We do outsourcing for clients worldwide. What makes us different is that we do outsourcing for very visible big name clients because of our service. We always have an equity owner running the office 24 /7; that way, when there is an issue or a problem, an equity owner sets it right.
It’s all about service. If you want a really big company, we won't do business with you but if you want the best service, and your job is not too big, we are the leading candidate to consider. We won't take a job if it is too large because if we grow too big, we can't offer the type of personal service we're known for.
We have an amazingly rigorous training program. We spend weeks training our people.

We don't hire and train robots
The biggest complaint that clients have of other outsourcers is that the people they work with are like robots. They just do things A-B-C and it's frustrating for the client's customers.

We've learned how to get around that. One key is keeping things reasonably small. We are a small company but highly professional. One of the co-owners or top managers is always there.
Another key is to train our people so they can make decisions and do the right thing. We test them and make sure they are fully comfortable. So they can do the right job for you.

TERMS
Terms and Conditions:

1. Agreement is for six consecutive months. Upon execution, 2 months of fees are payable. Payment for each month is due within 10 days of the end of that month, with Client eligible for a 1% discount if payment is received within the 05 days.
2. If Client terminates early, Client shall pay any remaining balances owed for work already done, and shall further forfeit its deposit, at which time the Agreement shall be canceled.
3. The Agreement shall automatically be extended for successive six month periods unless either party submits notice of its intent to cancel to the other party at least 30 days prior to when the Agreement would otherwise renew.
4. If Client is in arrears with its payments, ANZ International (Pvt) Ltd. reserves the right to cease providing service until amounts due are brought current.
5. Upon regular (not early) termination, deposit shall be applied to balances due from Client, and ANZ shall remit the remaining deposit to Client within 10 days.
