DESCRIPTION
For more than twenty years, I have been a business / accounting consultant to various small and medium scale businesses here in the Philippines. Businesses in various industries such as internet service provider and other computer related services, transport, manufacturing, retail, import-export, propety management, engineering, restaurant, travel, construction and others. Among the sevices I offer are the following:

SKILLS
1. Accounting and financial statement analysis - my long years of
experience in working as employee and as free lance consultant in the
field of corporate accounting made me an expert in that field.

2. Business Registration and setting up of new companies - I enjoy
setting up new companies. Registration to various govt agencies
and preparing the internal control system appropriate to the
company being set up.

3. Human Relations-I normally train my staff and later hired by my
clients on a full time basis. I find fulfillment because it generates
employment.

TERMS
For one time projects such as registration and internal control set ups payments depends on the time I spent. I asks for 50% downpayment and full payment of balance after completion of work.

For regular and recurring services such as accounting and govt reporting, I normally charge a monthly fee based on the frequency of visit I make.

I normally work from home, and clients submit their reports to me on through the internet.
