File Conversion: Convert files into many formats, including PDF, HTML, XML, SGML, TXT or ASCII. We specialize in reformatting documents that have lost formatting codes during the conversion process.
Form Processing/OCR: use OCR software to extract data from TIFF files. Output can be to many database, word-processing or archive/retrieval applications.

Image Scanning/Processing: auto feed, high speed scanning for standard size documents, or manual feed scanning for odd size, bound or rare documents.
Data Entry: data entry at 99.5% accuracy rates through double entry keying.

SKILLS
• The input data/document is received and verified for completeness with regard to the dispatch note.
• The matter is categorized into various categories or groups as defined by the customer.
• A team of appropriately qualified, and skilled persons shall be employed for the project.
• A team leader will distribute work to each member. Workload will be determined based on the daily or the periodic delivery commitments.
• Each piece of work completed by a team member will be forwarded to a QC station. Here the output is checked for conformance with the acceptance parameters specified by the customer.
• Work meeting the acceptance criteria will be sent to a central facility for arranging delivery.
• Work not meeting the acceptance levels will be returned to the concerned member for correction.
• Delivery of finished work shall be as directed by the customer.
• The infrastructure including manpower and security shall be managed in a professional manner to ensure total customer satisfaction with regard to quality, quantity and time commitments.
